Terms of Service — Alice MCP

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Alice MCP connector ("the Service"), operated by BTL Travel ("we", "us"). By connecting the Service to an AI assistant or otherwise using it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

The Service is a flight-search connector. It exposes a single read-only tool that accepts a route, travel dates, passenger counts, and a cabin class, queries the Alice flight search engine, and returns matching options with prices, durations, layovers, and links to complete a booking.

The Service does not book, reserve, hold, pay for, change, or cancel anything. It returns information and links only. Any booking you make happens afterwards on alice.co.il, which is governed by that site's own terms of sale and by the fare rules of the airline and any intermediary involved.

3. Access and accounts

No account, sign-up, or payment is required. Connecting the Service runs a one-click authorization that issues an anonymous access token; we do not create user accounts and do not identify you. The Service is provided free of charge.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable sanctions or export controls;
• issue automated, bulk, or high-volume queries beyond ordinary interactive use, or otherwise scrape, mirror, or harvest fare data;
• resell, sublicense, or redistribute results, or present them as your own or another provider's;
• attempt to bypass authorization, probe or disrupt the Service, or interfere with its availability for others;
• reverse engineer the Service except to the extent that restriction is unenforceable under applicable law.

We may rate-limit, suspend, or block access that we reasonably believe breaches this section or threatens the stability or security of the Service.

5. Fares, availability, and affiliate links

Prices, seat availability, schedules, and fare conditions come from third-party sources and change constantly. Results are indicative and are not an offer or a guarantee of availability at the price shown. The price and conditions confirmed at the point of booking are the ones that apply. Seat counts, where shown, reflect what the source reported at the moment of the search.

Booking links returned by the Service carry an affiliate identifier, so a completed booking may be attributed to this connector. This does not change the price you pay and does not affect which options are returned or how they are ranked.

6. Privacy

Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its interface, and the Alice name and marks belong to BTL Travel or its licensors. These Terms grant you no rights in them beyond using the Service as intended. Flight data returned by the Service originates with airlines and other content providers and remains subject to their rights.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will be accurate, complete, current, or bookable.

Results are surfaced through third-party AI assistants, which may summarize, reorder, translate, or omit information we return. Always confirm the details on the booking page before purchasing.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost savings, missed travel, or wasted expenditure, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service — including reliance on a price, schedule, or availability that later proves inaccurate or unavailable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Changes and discontinuation

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms; the version and effective date at the top of this page always identify the current one, and continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
